My inbox view does not work after upgrade

Hi Guru's

We just upgraded to 2023 FSP02 and we are experiencing an issue with the view on the 'My inbox' app. The view does not work anymore and I am not able to change the existing views. According to other notes (3163682 - Filter on Fiori My Inbox - SAP for Me) I should be able to 'switch' to Expert mode' but I do not see such a switch. According to my authorisation team the expert mode shoud be enabled. 

We have some custom field that should be shown and ran the reports RSWD_MAINTAIN_USER_ATTR and  RSWW_FILL_USER_ATTR but to no avail. 

Where should I start looking?
