Do you have an implementation of this BadI /IWPGW/BADI_TGW_TASK_DATA that is overwritting the workitem details?

Sorry we didn't implement any custom BADI for this as we want to have it as "standard'

Sorry, but your screenshot is clearly showing that there is BadI that is overwritting the standard behavior of the work item. Maybe you haven´t implemented, but the system is clearly calling one. 

Check if there is any in the task.

Sorry JCD, yes there is but that custom attribute seems to be standard where I can see them in the standard Class programs. Unfortunately I can't past screenshot here but after removing that, its just totally blank.

Hi Nazarene, Check if there is any error with the OData service. Maybe the service has an extension that isn't maintaining the cardinality.

Hi JCD, no, we don't have. Anyways, do you have a "standard" configuration for SWFVISU for the My Inbox for PO? seems there is an influence from this.

Have you checked how the task is displayed in transaction SWFVISU?

By the screenshot seems that there is a BadI implemented, that is overwritten the standard.

Yeah I did check that Tcode and reconfigured the that and I seem not to get any information where the following are still Blank:
