My Admin User in Signavio is Locked and nobody can help me with unlocking!!

I have an Admin Signavio User which for some reason got locked. I have contacted the CIC several times and tried to raise Support Tickets to SAP without any luck. Can someone help me on this????

Dear Evangelia, 

could you please open a Support Ticket in SAP for Me (Login with S-User ID and password). Our SAP Signavio Support Team will then unlock your account again. The How To Create a Ticket Video describes how to open a Support Ticket. 

If you do not have a S-User ID please reach out to the Customer Interaction Center again. They can support you in receiving a S-User.
