Multiple Views in List GUIBB

Dear All,

Is it possible to pre-define  Views in List GUIBB.  We have lot of fields in the List and ideally would like to pre-define few views with different combinations of fields.

We use the ALV Table format in the List GUIBB.

Hi Palani,

Yes it is possible to create views in list GUIBB. For that you have to enable "Enable Creation of New Views" option in the Additional Settings of the list GUIBB.

Thanks for your reply. I am using 7.02 and OVP and could not locate the "Enable Creation of New Views" option. 

What I am trying to do is to have two views at design time for all users.

1. A subset of all the fields in the list and need to default this view.

2. A view with all available fields.

Again I greatly appreciate your time and willingness to assist.

Hi Palani,

Yes, you are running on lower version of Netweaver and what you are doing for switching the UIBB it's totally right...But it's not generic solution. Because in that case you could create only 2 view not more than that..
