Multiple addresses BP Customer and SLA processing time

Dear Experts,

I am looking for someone who is willing to teach me about:

- Best scenario setup for mdg customer for multiple addresses (sellTo with different shipTo) - Currently set up with different BP.

- How to configure SLA processing time for call center with multiple work schedules and days off.

I am willing to pay for an hour or two.

My confusion is real.
