Multi User odata call in the same device is not working - /services/userapi/currentUser

Dear Experts,

I have created a NEO UI5 Application and built Mobile App from Web IDe(Packaged App - Hybrid App).

I need a small suggestion on one issue "in Production , when a user logs in APP , he is able to do all operations and then when a second user logs in the SAME DEVICE , 2nd user is not able to get successfull with user api odata call(services/userapi/currentUser)

We are not witnessing the same in Issue in Quality , Development. Not really sure what we can do on this and how to go further on this.

Can you please throw some idea to solve this
