In system Monitoring there are 2 data collectors checking qRFC:

• qRFC backlog
• qRFC errors

Review which one delivers and fits your requirement. Non of them are checking ready status, therefore if you need to check this concrete status, you can copy the data collector and add corresponding feature via ABAP coding.
