Hello Gurus
I am setting up SAP Cloud ALM to manage an implementations. I am not clear on how to modify the "Scope" to add custom solution processes. I have defined a "Scope" in SAP Cloud ALM and assigned processes from the Solution Scenarios list. I chose SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and selected processes within the list, calling the Scope S/4HANA. I have selected J59 - Accounts Receiveables as a scope item. I decided to modify the solution process diagrams and created and published a copy of J59. I want to add the copy to the Scope and deactivate the original. I don't seem to be able to find a way to do this having tried various ways.

Hi Jwangman,
In the copy you have created, make sure you select the appropriate Process Hierarchy Nodes in the Relations tab. Make sure also that the copy is published.
Then, in the scope of the project, make sure you select Custom also in the Solution Scenarios.
By doing this, I was able to select the custom process (copy of standard) in the project.
Let me know if you need further details.

Hello Guru,
in order to add custom processes in your project, you have to add the scenario "Custom" in your scope. Please open the "Manage Scopes" Application. Then Select your existing Scope. Click on edit and add a further scenario called "Custom". Now you will be able to view your custom processes in your existing scope.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Maya
