Modify an approved rule in sap information steward

I would like to know if it is possible to modify an approved rule. There was a Modify option in the approved rule before we upgraded our system. Want to know if this option has been removed or made available only to the author of the rule in the latest versions? Please help.

Hi Arun,

The author is having the modify button, seems the new versions have the authorization check to modify the rule. Admin was the author, I was trying from a lower level user. For admin, modify button is available, but not to the lower level users.
