Modification of standard SAP Notification

I have activated some of the standard notifications for workflow and purchase orders.

But I have a requirement that the notification text should be changed, and we have to disable some action buttons and have to introduce a new action button. Is there any way in the extended framework for notification by which we can enhance the standard notification?

If we have to restrict certain notifications to only get triggered for some type of business document or some purchase organization, how can we achieve this?
