Model reports missed in Predictive Factory 3.3

Hi all!

My model reports missed in Predictive Factory 3.3. Train and apply tasks was successful.

1) Home - MyProject - MyModel - Monitoring : infinitely busy status

2) Notifications - Successful task - Report : always empty.

What could have been a reason? Does anybody know?

Hi Anastasia, it might be that the reporting database is down for any reason. Did you try rebooting the machine where Factory is located? Did you upgrade Factory recently? You might want to raise a ticket with SAP support. Thanks & regards, Antoine
