Hello,

I have been trying to access Mobile Services from the rervice Instance I had created in BTP for mobile services, but I am not able to see my org or space listed. I have tried to open the mobile service using the support option and also by creating a mobile service instance. In both ways, it shows no org and no space found error.

I have the following roles assigned:

Mobile service instance created:

Am I missing any step due to which I am not able to see the org and space in the mobile sevices application.

Thanks and Regards,

Remya.

If your subaccount has been created in an extended landscape (e.g., us10-001), then you can't access mobile services cockpit via support option. The current workaround is to create a mobile services instance to access the mobile services cockpit page which i believed you already did.

I have seen that "No Organization exists" error before, it worked for me after clearing the browser cache and launching the mobile services cockpit via it's instance. Can you try if this works for you?

Hi, I had the same problem. But the fix you provided doesn't work for me. Is there any another way?
My subaccount is not in an extended landscape.
