Missing tab in SOAMANAGER

Hi Experts!

We're currently activating our Inbound for EDI, and while we run the SOAMANAGER, we didn't see the "Application and Scenario Communcation Tab". 

Is there any updates or changes for this tab name in SOAMANAGER? or is there a guide to add this tab via authorization in SU01 to be visible this in SOAMANAGER?

BTW, currently we're using S4 HANA Private Cloud Edition 2020.

As I know, this tab is only available in S/4HANA Cloud, not in Private Cloud Edition.
In PCE, you configure communication manually via SOAMANAGER, no “Application and Scenario Communication” tab there.
