Missing Records in custom CDS view for specific filter value

Hello Experts,

I'm facing an issue in one of my custom cds views. When I execute the CDS and apply a filter on the person field, the view returns correct results for most values, However, for some specific person, no data is returned.

There is no syntax or runtime error, it simply returns empty data for those cases.

Any pointers or suggestions on what to check would be appreciated.

Do you happen to have any data controller defined?

Some business partner views containing personal data might need some additional privileges due to privacy laws.

It is difficult to say without more details about your custom view.

I would recommend to create a support ticket, outlining the view definition, what you would expect to see (be as specific as possible) and what you are seeing.

As it is a custom view, they might consider it consulting, but see if you can get them to help you with understanding why the data is missing.
