Missing ODP_BW, ODP_SAPI, and SLT in Replication Flow (SAP S/4HANA to SAP Datasphere)

Dear experts I am setting up a Replication Flow from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Datasphere. In my previous system, I could see multiple extraction options like:
CDS_EXTRACTION
ODP_BW
ODP_SAPI
SLT

However, in my current system, only CDS Views is available, and the other options are missing.

• Can you please provide more information?
• What S/4 HANA Source environment are you using?
• What connection Type are you using?
• Have you installed all required notes?
  
  Accessing tables in S/4 HANA via SLT is not encouraged - use CDS Views instead.

Please check if DMIS is installed on S4HANA
