Dear Team,
We are doing conversion from ECC to S4HANA 2023 but SUM process is getting stuck on READDATA_EXP Phase with error as "missingdownloadarchive".
We have already tried multiple run in first run SUM was Stuck on EU_IMPORT_TOOL with error as.
"The following archives are required:
1 Archive Export DVD for product S4HANA_OP
_2023 kit 'S4HANA_OP_2023'
2 Error: Missing fragment 2-12/21 for 'S4H
ANAOP108_LOAD'.
3 Error: Missing fragment 17/21 for 'S4HAN
AOP108_LOAD'."
But after multiple download upload also no help, hence we re-executed process starting from MP XML generation to download archive again but now its getting stuck on READDATA_EXP with error as
"Archive Export DVD for Product S4HANA_OP_2023" kit..
These are my initial observations.
1. "2WETQ399 File '/oracle/ZEP/sapdata25/Media/<FILENAME>' size <FILESIZE>could not be recognized!" & "Archive contains neither manifest file nor EPS/IN files" entries in SCANDOWNLOAD PHASE for multiple archives but sapexport.mf files are available in all archive as per logs in CAR.SAV file.
2. In my first run S4HANAOP108_ERP_MISCS.SAR file got recognized in SCANDOWNLOAD and step READDATA_EXP executed successfully as READDATAEXP required MISCS.TOC file from MISCS.SAR.
But now in latest run S4HANAOP108_ERP_MISCS.SAR is not getting recognized at SCANDOWNLOAD and system is showing error in PHASE READDATA_EXP as its not able to find required TOC.
3. MP pdf file showing total files size around 75GB but actual downloaded archives size is around 65GB, as R3trans file size getting calculated wrongly in MP EXCEL which is around 10GB and actual size is 10MB.
Below are the already tried steps.
a. Tried to download individual missing files and uploaded on server.
b. New XML File created along with complete archives download-upload
c. Tried to add SAP S4HANA 2023 Installation Export also in download directory.
