Specially as a MM consultant you need to check for all MM relevant Masterdata cleansing and Migration some companies has the different Product supply team so that they assign PO relevant activities to them, or else MM also has to align with Business for all Open POs (should be closed before migration) and rest is to watch rectify all MM relevant customizations in new Company Code.
