Hi, Can anyone direct me to a good tool for migration from Sybase ASA-9 to ASE 12? (migrate Structure and Data).

Bad idea... migrate to ASA 12 instead. ASE 12 is ancient, and so is ASA 9.
Mr. Carter, And if migrate ASA-9 to ASE-15?
