Messages in HOLDING status SAP PO

Hi Experts,

We have messages in HOLDING status since long time ago (7 months ago)..

Could you please guide on how to resolve the errors on SAP PO?

Because we cant either resend/delete/cancel these messages from SAP PO app..

If these are EOIO you won't be able to send until the offending problem message is either canceled or completed.

You would need to find any messages in that queue that precede the ones that are in holding status and take the necessary steps to cancel, so the others can resume processing. I'm not sure of the exact sequence of clicks in PI/PO terms, but once you clear the offending message the flow will resume.

Go to http(s)://server:port/pimon

From there you see this submenu:

In the right end of the list you see:

so in my case you have to repeat now 3 times the activity. Click on the GUID hyperlinked on "Blocked Message ID". So what ever makes sense (either restart of cancel). Then you refresh the display, and you repeat until the line disappeared from the refresh.

@Ryan-Crosby Thanks but how do I find the predecessor messages stuck on Queue?
by Queue name on SAP PO? because for that interface I have cancelled all the predecessor ones in error but still cant delete or process the ones in HOLDING
