message in sxi_monitor in ECC status log version but in PI is sucessfully

Dear expert

I am facing a strange issue in my synchronous scenario: ECC(proxy)->PI->BPM(soap). 

 Some of the messages for this scenario are stuck in sxi_monitor with status "Log Version" (grey circle sign). Inside sxi_monitor traces, there is no response. but I can see everything has processed successfully in PI and already responded to the message to ECC.

I suspected it was because the parameter timeout in PI was too short. So I set a timeout of 5 minutes in channel.But this situation still happens. From the PI log, the message is responded  within 1 minute.

Please help how should i proceed. I have already spent half a day searching over SDN and other sites....
