message header of a Spool Request no.

Hello Experts,

This is my Customers first query mail:

please send me the file for the spool no. 981233 that has been sent to DL63. This printer should newly print using MyQ and the SW supplier needs to check the file header.

I provided him with the Spool file in PDF format

Then is next query was:
"I was actually thinkig of a message header rather than the pdf. Is there something like a message header being sent together with the content of the message to the particular printer?"

can you help me understand what is needed here and how to do it? I am New to BASIS, please help.
