message error "not authorization to Send notification" DNO031

Hi,

If I'm logged at the solution manager system(SID=SMG) with a SAPUSER ZTEST, it's able to create(help->ceate support message) and send succesfully support message to Solution Manager.

ZTEST is:

-> Dialog SAPUSER created at Satellite System Manager VAR de GRUPOTEC

-> Roles: ZAP_SV_SOLUTION_MANAGER, ZSAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN, ZSAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN and profiles SAP_ALL y SAP_NEW

-> It's a Key User with number BP=227.

-> At transaction bp at the tab identification: CRM001 // External System Identifier // SMG 0020276689 010 ZTEST

->It isn't message processor, because ZTEST SAPUSER is only to create messages.

->It isn't registered at transacctn AISUSER because it isn't going to send messages to SAP.

At the next step, I loggon in solution manager system(SID=SMG) with ZPRUEBA3 SAPUSER to crm_dno_monitor transaction, I select the message just created by ZTEST SAPUSER, and I view Reported by: ZTEST and I fill field Message Processor with SAPUSER ZPRUEBA3.So,I fill data at Reference->Information for SAP but this data It isn't save and when I send the message to SAP selecting actions button appears a pop-up:

You do not have authorization to Send or Compare a notification

Message no. DNO031

ZPRUEBA3 SAPUSER is:

->It ist registered at transacction AISUSER.

And ZPRUEBA3 SAPUSER works perfectly, If I create a support message (help-> ceate support message) with this user and I edit the message with crm_dno_monitor transaction I can fill data at information to SAP tab and send the message to SAP succesfully. For the S-user related with ZPRUEBA3 at AISUSER transaction, minutes after appears the message created.

The user which appears at the field "Reported by", ¿must be registered at AISUER transaction, too?

At the support message "Transaction Data" tab -> "Actions" tab-> there

are many entries at the last entry:

status Action Processing

red(incorrectly processed) Send Notification to SAP Processing

Parameters

If I check at "Processing Parameters", a pop-up appears with two

coulumns:

Expression Values

USER_STATUS E0004

If I press at definition button(Display Element Definition):

Element USER_STATUS

Texts

Name USER_STATUS

Short Descript. USER_STATUS

D. Type tab

ABAP Dict. Reference

Structure TJ30

Field ESTAT

If I double-click on TJ30 name, I view technical description,

at "content" button -> "number of entries" button -> 520 lines. And If

I access to the content I view many entries with ESTAT=E0004

I haven't idea if I have to make any standard modification to this

table. I'm searching at /notes and sdn portal but any information about

TJ30 table

Hi Jojo,

same things in our system:

I also get the message 'not authorization to Send or Compare notification" DNO031.

I found back relevant notes on other forums that should be checked:

Note 935391 - No user found for SAP customer notification system

Note 1082010 - Administration of several customer numbers

Note 1056595 - Authorization not found for installation number

Note 172481 - System data maintenance (collective note)

Number 1140822

Short text SAP customer number for installation number &1 unknown

Number 1254960

Short text Error "SAP customer number unknown for installation number

But I was wondering if you found the solution or cause?
