Menu bar not showing properly #60930

Dear Expert,

We are experiencing an issue in SAP where the menu text appears in white font color, making it invisible. We attempted to resolve this by changing the skin style from Belize Deep to Fiori, but this resulted in a change to the home page color.

I have checked the User Master and found that no default user is mapped. To verify, I compared the settings for the client and noticed that the User Master Display Skin Style is blank, whereas in my case, it is set to Belize Deep.

I tried clicking on "Restore Default" and updated the settings, but after refreshing the page, the same settings reappear.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it?

It's a documented bug, though I do not remember exact note number. I think it was solved in 2311 or 2402.
