MDG customer - multiple customers for one bp

Let's say you have a big corporation called ATLAs, which has different subdivisions 1, 2, 3 with their own address, accounting, etc, and multiple ship to addresses, will subdivisions Atlas 1, Atlas 2, Atlas 3 be considered as the same Customer Atlas, or are these different Customers? Is ship to considered as a separate customer when the name of the Ship to is different from Atlas?

How is that configured in the system? Do you add these under "Role" uibb?

MDG is supporting multiple assignment to 1 BP multiple customers. Concept is not supported in FIORI S/4 application.

The shipping address are addressed as Partner Function. There at least 2 ways to implement. Create multiple BPs (Atlas 1, Atlas2..); one per subdivision address. Then 1 ERP Customer Per BPs; then Per ERP Customer, multiple shipping address.

2nd option is, One BP (Atlas), 3 ERP Customers (Atlas1, Atlas2, Atlas3); and then Atlas1 having multiple shipping address (as Partner Functions).

NOTE: I am still learning. So, veterans please correct me if any corrections and more options.
