MDG Change Requests cannot be processed

Hello,

we want to access the Overview of change requests directly via URL and process then change requests (see screenshot).

When I open it via NWBC, it works fine. But accessing directly through the URL is buggy. It shows the change requests, but I cannot click / process them. I have the URL from technical help.

This is the URL which I use:

https://<domain>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ibo_wda_inbox?sap-client=100&sap-ep-version=7&sap-language=DE&...

Can you tell me, which URL I have to use in order to process change requests or why it is not clickable?

please try to use...

https://<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/bs_ovp_bp?CREQUEST=<cr_id>&CRTYPE=<cr_type>&ACTION=<CRE... or CHANGE>&IS_CREQ_MODE=X&WDCONFIGURATIONID=<BS_OVP_BP or BS_OVP_CU or BS_OVP_SP>

instead.
