Hi ,
I have SAP Build Process automation with Free Tier. I have created a basic job for extracting details from PDF and returning the raw information. When I run/ test the automation separately I can see the results. But when I deploy it and trigger the Process I am getting "Maximum number of concurrent unattended execution reached" error in the Monitoring tab.
I have attached images for reference

Are you trying to run automation in unattended mode after deployment?. If yes please check if you have set the desktop agent "Mode" to unattended.
As per your screenshots - there are no unattended agents found for the job to be distributed. And your previous successful run was in "attended" mode.
Alternatively, check if you have unattended bot entitlement assigned for your subaccount where you are executing the automation.

Hi, In simple terms:
--Attended Execution/Bot > requires human intervention to complete automation process. Usually deployed on worker’s desktop/laptop. Can think of it as a digital assistant to the user.
--Unattended Execution/bot> runs without human intervention. Usually deployed remotely on say a server. Can think of it as a individual digital worker for organization.

Hello @akhthaaralibadhusha ,
There are quota on running automations and agents when you are in Free Trial or Tier. Please check our published guidance here. You can use this SAP Note for more information on solution.
Hope that helps,
