Max Value highlight with Cross Calculation and Calculated Measure

I want to highlight the max value for each calculated measure from period Jan to Dec. NOTE: There are no dimensions in the table. Model is created in Datasphere. Thank you

Haven't tried this on a DS Analytic model but you could see if the steps in the below blog works or not.

@N1kh1l(Nikhil) I tried this solution but the problem is I do not have a constant dimension to add.
