Max number of messages possible to buffer in SAP PO

Hi Experts,

We got requirement to stop the messages to one of the receiver system.

What is the max. number of messages possible to buffer in SAP PO 7.5 single stack?

Is there any upper limit to buffer the messages to SAP PO 7.5 single stack?

Could you please guide me to know if there are any bottlenecks on SAP PO?
