I am getting blank screen while opening "URL iView" editor & Master "rule collection" editor. Other screens like properties ,permission, delta link tracer are opening correctly.
We have tried the option of restarting the portal server but still the same issue is occurring.
Version: Netweaver Portal 7.5 SP07
Please find the error logs from NWA as attached and please suggest what could be the resolution for the same?

Can you please tell me since when you are facing the issue ? If the issue faced after upgrade to a newer version I will suggest to have a check at the steps at the resolution section of the below KBA
2503291 - Issues after upgrading Enterprise Portal to 7.3x / 7.4 / 7.5
Also it might be possible some PCD inconsistency which would have lead to this error. Hence I would like you to run a PCD Inconsistency check and see if any inconsistencies are there in the PCD or not. You can follow the below KBA, The KBA has steps to clear the inconsistencies as well, if found any.
