Master Data Governance: simple BC-Set creation from object list

Hey Community,

I am currently configuring my MDG system and would now like to transfer my customizing for the business partner initially from the ERP system to the MDG system. For this I found the following object list, which I now want to transfer into a BC Set:

I used the following guide for synchronization:

To create a BC Set i used transaction SCPR3

My questions:
How can I easily create a BC Set from the object list?
Do I have to add each customizing activity to the BC Set individually, which would require a lot of effort, or is there a simpler way to integrate the object list from the link above?

thank you for your advice.
If I understood right, the SolMan will be used for ongoing synchronization. For the initial synchronization, a manual way is described. I wanted to solve this using BC Sets and therefore create my own BC Sets.
Can I also create these BC Sets using SolMan and achieve initial synchronization using SolMan?
Or is it posible to create the BC Set with SolMan und then use it for manuel initial synchronization?
