MassApproval option in MyInbox app on BTP MyInbox UI

Hi,

We have a scenario where in SAP ABAP workflow from on-premise system is going to be approved on BTP MyInbox app available in cloud foundry environment. In the The SPRO settings in the ABAP backend, the checkbox "MassAction" is enabled .I Would like to know if the standard MyInbox app available on the BTP allows MassApproval (MassAction) on work items or not.

Is this on Neo or CF?

There are some interesting notes on the following documentation regarding massAction on Neo:

This leads me into thinking that this is not supported at all on both CF and Neo:

I've looked into the expert mode configuration and it is also not there:

I suggest you open a support ticket to get a formal SAP statement on this.

Thank you for the quick and elaborate reply. have one question to ask. In the SAP Help documentation on taskDefinition parameters in the Neo environment, https://help.sap.com/viewer/f85276c5069a429fa37d1cd352785c25/LATEST/en-US/ec8047d8938f475c84a6099b30...

SAP clearly specifies that the for the parameter MassAction, the default value is false and "This parameter is not supported in Neo and its value should not be changed. How to interpret this? Does it mean effectively that massAction is not allowed even in Neo environment als?

I didn't really read the note and assumed the parameter was available for Neo - which clearly isn't.
