Mass upload requirement template link with tasks

Dear all,

From the "Requirement" app and "upload" and "creation using template" we have the possibility to do a mass upload. Can we from this template also make a link to an already created  task and also a task that is not created yet?

Hi, Rayane,

No, you are not allowed to combine the two types of records: upload and create.  The xlsx must be one or the other.

When you download a file, you have the option to create the download with "For update" or "For Creation using Template".  

When you try to upload an xlsx created from export (download) in Cloud ALM's Requirements app, the app knows that the file is 'For update'. The upload will modify the existing requirements already existing in Cloud ALM. You can expect a pop-up such as:


When you try to upload an xlsx created from an export (download) in Cloud ALM's Requirements app, the app knows that the file is "For Creation using Template".  It will 'add' new requirements for each row, so long as there is no error in its contents.  You can expect a pop-up such as:
