Mass functionality for Report AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE (Solman)

Hello everyone,

I would like to change many tickets from the status "accepted" to the status "completed". Does anyone know if there is a mass functionality for the AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE report?

Hi, 

There is no such feature to mass update incidents using the report AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE

You could use this report AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE and create a custom implementation to accommodate your requirement. Kindly note that you would be able to change the status of the incident via this report only if you're also able to change it in the Web UI.
