Marked Systems for Deletion in SOLMAN 7.2 – Error CRM_SERVICE_OS020

I was deleting some old systems from my Solution Manager 7.2, and I accidentally marked some systems for deletion. Now, I am encountering the following error: Item 10: Deletion indicator is set for the reference object Installed Base. The detailed message is Message No. CRM_SERVICE_OS020.

Does anyone know what can be done to fix this issue?

Since this situation involves many details e.g. steps how the system got deleted, current system status in SLD, LMDB etc, I would suggest to log a case to SAP component SV-SMG-LDB to do a remote check in order to get a proper answer.
