Mapping of Text Collection to custom text field

Hello,

we are integrating activities that contain more than one text type and two of them are needed.

Now we created a KUT Text field that should receive the text coming from CRM. I made a mapping similar to the one which is filling the field ActivityReplicationRequest/ActivityReplicateRequest/ActivityReplicateRequest/TextCollection/Text/ContentText but this is not working, neither is the field filled nor is it generally in the incoming payload.

Does someone has an idea how to get the text populated into the text field?

Hi Thorsten,

For text collection, you need to add a local context in code list mapping.

So please try to maintain the code 10296 for 'TextCollectionTextTypeCode' in your code list mapping.

Hi Guilherme,

this would only help, if I use a text collection. My case is that I want to take the text for a specific text type from the IDOC comin from ERP and populate this into a KUT text field in C4C. In this case no code list mapping is taking place.

The requirement is just to get the text coming from CRM oP to C4C mapped into the KUT field. And this is not working so far. The field not even appears in the payload leaving HCI.
