Hello Experts...
We have a SAP BO 4.1 SP5 installation in a Windows Server 2008 , the CMS database is Oracle, our customer notified us that since The BO platform was installed, the Oracle DB was decreasing its Perforrmance.
If we check the CMC >> sessions, there are no sessions.
In Oracle Database appears the user who has privileges in the Repository Da) tabase (owner) but it appears many times (15 times) we dont know why appears ..Is this the correct behaviour?
Any ideas ..I attach the Image result from the result in the CMS database ,it was sent by DBA
the users or schema in Oracle to install BO are :
BOAUDIT
BOREPO

Hi Eduardo,
Please check mechanism deployed for Platform Search Application.
In CMC>>Applications>>Platform Search.
If it is set to Continous Crawling then change it to Scheduled Crawling.
Also change the level of indexing to "Platform Metadata">>Save and Close.
Restart the APS and Monitor the issue.
--Also check the Audit Setting in CMC>>Change the Slider to "Default" settings.
Regards,
Nachiket

Hello Nachiket
This installation is new, was installed one week ago, and this is the first issue that we have related to the connections in Database.
We will check the steps you are suggesting, but I´d like to be sure if this is a correct behaviour of the BO Platform I mean, when the SIA starts, you can see several sessions of the same user to the CMS database (this user is the owner of the database used to Bo repository and used to install BO)
Please confirm if this is part of the BO functionality , because we need to support this to the customer
Thanks
