Mandatory partner function is missing for purchasing org

Hi Colleagues,

We are trying to create an external BP , get into the CR screen and under ERP vendor adding a vendor and get this error. 

Mandatory partner function VN is missing for purchasing org. 1000
Mandatory partner function PI is missing for purchasing org. 1000
Mandatory partner function OA is missing for purchasing org. 1000

Purchase org is derived via BRF+.

I debugged the supplier handler class and not sure why the structure VMDS_EI_FUNCTIONS (VMDS_EI_FUNCTIONS_T )is not filled. 

Table WYT3 is partner function 

Table TPAUM is Business partner: Language conversion for partner functions

Could you check this please and let me know as how to proceed?

You can do this in BRF+.

Referring to the screenshot, please maintain the decision table entries for purchasing org.
