Dear Friends,
I have to prepare documentation on Reports with business wise(Eg. financials, Supply chain, Sales etc).
On each area there are number of reports are there.
For each report I should explain what it is for, frequency etc.... I also want to attache a screen shot print . Like a catalogue I have prepare.
Please share your ideas.

Identify the business wise reports....
Identify the parameters you want to classify them against :
1. Who is the owner
2. Who is incharge of the IT system
3. Who is authorized to see the report
4. Dimensions 0f the report
5. frequency of generation
6. history of the report etc
If the reports are already created , you can attach a screenshot otherwise , you could use an excel /table layout in word.
