Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions Fiori App in S/4 HANA 1709

I am trying to use the Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions Fiori App in S/4 HANA 1709. However, the screen is blank with the message "There are currently no scenarios available."

My understanding is that this app is used to configure flexible workflows for PR Release with some Release pre-conditions already offered in the system. Is this correct? This is also as per notes in the link below.

Can you please tell me if there are any functional configuration pre-requisites to use this App? The PR Release is configured in the corresponding GUI system.

I have exactly the same question and it seems information is scarce. In the cloud edition, there is already 1 default entry predifined, but this does not seem to be the case in the OP version.

We maintained these two scenarios in the V_SWF_FLEX_SCACT view and it worked.

Hi,

for the flexible WFL the "Scenario Activation" Customizing needs to be maintained in the S/4 Hana system.

Cust / Sap Netweaver / Application Server / Business Management / Sap Business Workflow / Flexible Workflow / Scenario Activation.

Add the following Scenarios with flag "active": WS00800157 WS00800173 WS00800193 WS00800208 WS00800233 WS00800238.
