Manage Schedule [F3326] - Share schedule - Search help doesn't display Collaborator

Hi,

We're trying to share schedule in the app F3326 - Manage Schedule, but when we click on the Share Schedule icon and than select Maintenance Planners or Reviewer option, search help doesn't display any result. Doesn't matter if we enter our User ID, SAP User name or Full name. In each case dialog display any result.

On the Help Portal (Documentation) we found this Prerequisite:

Planners with whom you want to share a schedule must have assigned at least one work center to themselves.
Only then is the planner's name available in the Share Schedule dialog.

We checked it, and this is OK. I mean assigned "My Work Centers" in our user profiles.

We checked all setting described in the Implementation Information from Fiori library for this app also and everything looks OK.

Can anybody help us with this issue?

Hi Radek,

is this public cloud or private cloud (resp. on premise)?

Please note that in private cloud there is another prerequisite note mentioned in the product assistance:

• Planners with whom you want to share a schedule must have assigned at least one work center to themselves.

  Only if this prerequisite is fulfilled will the planner's name be available in the Share Schedule dialog.

Note

If all these prerequisites are fulfilled but you still can't add another planner or reviewer in the Share Schedule dialog, contact your key user or administrator. App users with whom you want to share a schedule must be available as business users.
