Manage requests that are imported in STMS_IMPORT in CALM

I have CALM implemented and connected to my 03 environments and ABAP Systems (DEV-QA-PRD). I now need to manage requests created in CALM just as it was done with CHARM in Solution Manager.
Please guide me on how I can implement governance in my environment.
