Making Text Template mandatory in Charm

How to make Text Templates mandatory only for particular status of the change document?

Hello, 

You can make the texts/Partners/Dates mandatory using the customizing table "Specify Required Fields per Status" in View Cluster AIC_SETTINGS2.

The customizing table needs to be adjusted according to your needs to use this feature. Mark for each Transaction Type and User Status the fields, which you want to control. For Text, Partner and Date fields enter the specific values you would like to check in the following customizing tables:

• Specify Required Texts per Status
• Specify Required Partners per Status
• Specify Required Dates per Status

If you would like to change the status of a CRM document via the PPF Action (e.g. "Set to in Development"), the system checks if all mandatory fields according to the customizing are filled. If not, you will get a message with the information which field is missing. The status won't be set in this case.
