Make version filter name dynamic & update based on selected version

How can I make it so that the labels of version filters correctly reflect what is actually selected.

Eg in the attached image - F03 is selected as Scenario 1 and F06 as Scenario 2.

How can I make it so that instead of "Scenario 1" and "Scenario 2" showing in the relevant tables throughout the story, these instead show the name of the versions themselves i.e. "F03" and "F06" respectively?

This needs to be dynamic so that if someone selects "actual" or "budget" as scenario 1 - the relevant tables are then updated to show "Actual" rather than the current "scenario 1" or "scenario 2"
