Hi Mohd,

According to 1898812 - How to renew a maintenance certificate and/or remove duplicates - SAP for Me, a maintenance certificate has a validity of three months (90 days) .

Unfortunately, there is no ability to make it permanent. However, there is an option to renew maintenance certificates using Automatic Updates (Solution Manager). Using SAP Solution Manager's automatic update feature to generate updated maintenance certificates every 90 days is recommended. When Automatic Distribution is set up correctly, Solution Manager automatically renews the maintenance certificate(s) so there is no need to manually update them in the License Keys app. For more information, visit the Maintenance Certificates online help.
