Hello,
Due to the problem that our maintenance has expired, we sent an email to sapcontractcenter@sap.com. After a few weeks, we received a reply from salesdirect_notifications@sap.com with the subject "SALESdirect Ticket no. XXXX is handed over to Finance Direct and is now in status 'Solution Provided'".
However, we don’t have access rights to view the linked ticket.
Could you please advise us on how to proceed or how we can get access to the ticket?
