While working with LVM/LAMA 3 (and version 2 of LVM also) we wanted to try out provisioning some instances in AWS. However, the only instance types available in the provisioning screen are no longer available at Amazon (c1.medium, c1.xlarge, t1.micro, etc)
I believe that this causes it to error out when trying to create instance (the error vaguely indicates this).
Is anyone using LVM/LAMA with AWS to provision? If so, how do you get around this drop-down box limitation?
