Lumira on BO Portal getting Stuck in "Loading Module"

Dear Expert,

We have just upgraded the BO from 4.2 SP6 to 4.3 SP1 Patch 6 and with it Lumira from 2.2 SP2 to Lumira 2.4 SP0 Patch3.

We are facing an in PRD while Viewing the Lumira in Launchpad that time it getting stuck in "Loading Module" and no further step are getting performed. The same this is working in DEV and QTY.

Kindly Suggest any Solution or Work around to resolve the issue.

Such situations usually indicate some JavaScript error. Best you use a broser debugger (F12) and the the console for errors .
