I am using LSMW to update GL Manager data and can be seen through TC FS00.In flat file second last field is "GL Manager Subtype" having value C.In "display read data" step of LSMW also we can see the fields value but in "Display converted data" step of LSMW , the field value is missing.Also when checked in AL11 field value is missing.
