Hi everyone! I have a dpagent installed on-premisse this is connected with a dpagent in the cloud sends information to a Datawarehouse. But sometimes the connection lost, from the dpagent (on-premisse) to the cloud, this ocurrs in diferents moments or time, not haves some patron.
We check
Updating dpagent to last version (before is 2.5 and now is on 2.7)
Network connection (none of the packages losts)
Update the memory available to dpagent (before are in 12000 an now are in 20000)
If somes haved this type of problem i graceful your help
