loop starts over without completing the process

Dear all,

i created a workflow for one my processes. The robot should open a web page, sets data and clicks some buttons and after completing these, should close the web page and start over the loop. When i test it, it always open the page but sometimes completes the process and starts over the loop, sometimes one page stays open incomplete (it does not close the web page) and it starts over the loop again.

Do you have any ideas to solve this problem?

Can you provide more info ? (Are you using Desktop Studio/Cloud Studio ? Show an exemple of your automation, etc.)

Could you try adding a delay after you close the web page.
